Universal straight seam automatic welding machine (piano key type)

1. The host mainly consists of components such as welding machine system, hydraulic loading and unloading trolley and moving track, welding power system, air circuit control system, and electrical control system.

2. Welding host system: The welding machine system mainly consists of a straight seam welding machine host frame, a crossbeam guide mechanism and welding gun, a walking mechanism, a piano key pressure plate type pneumatic fixture, a welding core shaft, a pneumatic core shaft hook, a welding seam pneumatic centering mechanism, a welding head and an air circuit control system.

2.1 The main frame adopts a cantilever welding structure, which has sufficient rigidity and strength to meet the stability of the equipment during long-term use. Annealing treatment ensures long-lasting accuracy.

2.2 The crossbeam guide rail mechanism has high strength and light weight. The welding gun walking support plate is driven by a motor. At the starting position of welding, there is a welding in-situ, with infinitely adjustable welding gun walking speed and digital display.

2.3 The water-cooled core shaft provides back support and protection for the workpiece. The top of the core shaft is fully embedded with copper pads, providing good heat dissipation and cooling protection for the workpiece during welding. The vertical distance between the pads on the core shaft and the pressure finger can be adjusted, and their size can be adjusted according to the welding thickness. The back of the copper liner is pre embedded with a circulating cooling copper pipe, which can provide a forced cooling effect during the welding process.

2.4 The piano key pneumatic fixture is uniquely designed for longitudinal seam welding, adapting to the automatic welding state of cylindrical workpieces with straight seams. The piano key is pressed with a special pressure mechanism, and a piano key pressing finger has a forward force when pressing the workpiece downwards, which can automatically eliminate the longitudinal seam assembly gap. All piano key pressure plates are compressed by flexible airbags throughout the entire length of the workpiece, and the welding pads of the welding core shaft provide good heat dissipation and cooling protection for the workpiece, providing reliable guarantee for high-quality, efficient, and deformation free welding of thin-walled workpieces.
